Returns

You have the right to return any item purchased on Ysmi within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at ysmi.co@outlook.fr to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part in sending the item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Trades

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, please place a new order on our site.

Items not eligible for return

Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at ysmi.co@outlook.fr to arrange a return or replacement.
